Revida Maison Interior Design L.L.C ("Revida Maison", "we") is an interior design and renovation company in Dubai, licensed by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (licence no. 1655608). We are responsible for the personal data collected through revidamaison.com.

The information we collect
When you request a consultation, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, email address and phone number, how and in which language you prefer to be contacted, and details of your project, such as the property type, location, the services you are interested in, budget, timeline, your description, inspiration links and any photos or plans you upload. We also record the page you sent the request from and that you agreed to this notice.
When you visit the website, our server receives the technical information every browser sends, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, so it can deliver the pages and keep the website secure. With your consent, analytics cookies also collect information about how the website is used (see Analytics cookies).
How we use it
We use your information to reply to your consultation request and contact you in the way you chose, to send you a confirmation of your request, to prepare a proposal if you ask for one, and to keep the website secure and working. Only with your consent, we also use it to understand how visitors use the website so we can improve it.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Legal basis
We process your personal data with your consent, which you give when you submit the consultation form or accept analytics cookies; where it is needed to take steps you ask for before a contract with you; and where the law requires it.
We handle personal data in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
Analytics cookies
With your analytics cookie consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to count website interactions and Microsoft Clarity to create heatmaps and privacy-masked session recordings of clicks, scrolling and navigation, so we can understand where visitors struggle. Clarity uses Strict masking, and the consultation form and its receipt are masked. These tools load only after you accept analytics cookies, including on return visits. Withdrawing consent stops recording. Clarity never runs in our private admin area or for our signed-in team.
Cookies and your choices
When you first visit, a cookie banner lets you accept or reject analytics cookies. You can change your choice at any time from the cookie settings button on the website.
Necessary cookies remember your cookie choice and keep the website working. They do not track you.
Who receives your data
Our team, to handle your request. And our service providers, only so they can run the website for us: the company that develops and maintains the website on our behalf; our hosting provider, whose servers are in Denmark in the European Union; Hostinger, for the emails about consultation requests; CookieYes, for the cookie banner; and Google, for analytics, only with your consent.
Some of these providers process data outside the United Arab Emirates. We use them only for the purposes described in this notice.
How long we keep it
Consultation requests and the photos sent with them are deleted automatically from the website's system 90 days after we receive them. The email we receive about each request stays in our mailbox for as long as we need it to follow up with you or to meet our legal obligations.
Backups of the website, which may contain these requests, are kept for a limited time and then deleted.
Security
The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). The photos you upload are stored privately and are not publicly accessible. Only our signed-in team can see consultation requests, and each account is protected by a password and locked after repeated failed sign-in attempts.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you can ask us to give you access to the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop or limit how we use it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. To do so, write to us at info@revidamaison.com. We may need to confirm your identity first.
Withdrawing your consent does not affect anything we did with your data before you withdrew it.
Children
The website is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice. The "Last updated" date on this page shows when it last changed.
